Book Printing
Perfect Bound Books and Booklets
Perfect bound books have internal pages heat-glued to a wrap-around cover; as a result, you can bind up to 500 pages. We offer this type of booklet in both black and white and color, with budget and premium options to accommodate customers’ budgets.
We print budget booklets on 100gsm paper, while premium booklets are printed on 150gsm paper. You can add thicker covers to improve the quality of each booklet.
A minimum quantity of 1 book is fine, but the price per item will drop as your quantity increases. However, you can request a quote if you require a lower number of books.
Hard Cover Books
A vinyl wrap produces 8 colour vibrant prints, and the manufacturer heat glues internal pages to a rigid 3mm custom printed box board. The binding procedure, similar to perfect binding, allows the manufacturer to produce hard cover books with up to 500 pages. Hard cover books perfectly suit self-published children’s books or novel printing. Hard cover books also perfectly serve as a way to print photo books! Our vivid 8 colour covers will produce stunning gamut expanded print results showing further than the standard CMYK range of colours – lovely for skin tones and photography prints.
Document Printing and Binding
We print onto 100gsm bond, allowing for coil, wire, and comb binding. This method is old school but great for short-run A3 and A4 landscape booklets.
Document Printing and Ring Binders
We print and hole-punch this type of booklet and then place it into binders, allowing for much larger quantities of sheets. This is perfect for construction handover documentation and law documents.
Published Books Printing Time Frames
We can print book orders received today and have them ready in approximately 5 days; then delivery normally takes 48 hours. Customers who need them sooner usually call ahead or ask about timeframes.
